CNC Lathe Processing

Computer Numerical Control;CNC, which uses a digital signal operating system to control the process equipment in the production system. Nowadays, most numerical control machine tools use computers to operate and control.
The biggest feature of CNC is that it stores many different series of cutting operations in the controller, so it can execute many different steps according to the program without human intervention. Therefore, the operator only needs to enter the program number to start the specified program to process a series of different workpieces.
The basic models of CNC processing machines are: lathe (lathe) and machining center (machining center).
CNC processing is a computer numerical control processing machine, that is, a high-tech version of general traditional machines.
CNC mainly relies on computer CAM software and the ability to write programs.
The rest is to rely on manual CNC operation to adjust the experience of the machine, processing parameters and tool corrections, etc. CNC lathe processing is a machine used for round workpieces, such as rings and bars.

CNC Milling Machine Processing

The machining principle of CNC milling machine is the same as that of CNC lathe. The CNC milling machine also drives the milling machine through digital signals for processing. The milling machine uses the workpiece to move in the XY plane and the Z axis as the tool spindle to rotate. It is a very economical way to move the work object to the working machine for cutting.
Milling machines can be used to process fixed workpieces. Rotating tools generally make 3D or 2D workpieces, which can accurately mill the workpiece in various shapes such as plane, surface, groove, and gear.
The advantage of milling is that its circular milling cutter has a high metal removal rate, and it is also a more economical way. It can cut in a very short time. Due to the different shapes of milling cutters and mechanical application methods, the milling machine can do various milling tasks.
Including plane milling, curved surface milling, groove milling, gear milling, and cam milling, etc., and a forming milling cutter can be used to mill complex contours at one time to complete the spiral groove with the indexing head.

Centerless Grinding & Polishing

The grinding method of the centerless grinder is a grinding method in which the blade is used to support the workpiece without supporting the center hole. It is composed of three main parts: grinding wheel, adjusting wheel and supporting blade.
Polishing is to use very fine abrasives (<3um) to remove scratches on the surface to produce a mirror effect。
